- Three 90 minute massage sessions, one per month
- Vibroacoustic sound healing during your massages
- Health & wellness consultation to identify areas of support needed along with recommendations, tools, and practices for continued support. This could include practices for nervous system regulation, exercises for body alignment, nutritional and energetic/emotional support.
- Aromatherapy
- Acupressure/ gua sha/ cupping depending on what is needed
