Qi Gong Sound Bath

Cultivate inner peace and resilience this holiday season with Qi Gong and Sound Healing. We will do a gentle breath and movement practice to ground and center our energies, then relax into the sound healing journey with singing bowls, gong, Native American flutes, drums, chimes, and other vibrational instruments. This is a great opportunity for you to support yourself by connecting to your body, nourishing your spirit, and clearing and aligning your energy.

Yoga mats, blankets, and cushions will be provided.
